1. Вообще не понятно о чем речь. Совсем не понятно. Где картинка нужна, для какого действия и какими средствами собираетесь вставлять?

Опишите подробно.

2. В личных данных некоректные данные о адресе форума. ipbskins.ru - не Ваш сайт. И версия тут 3.1, а не 3.2.

Выполняем правило 3 или покидаем форум.
