Здравствуйте.

Не нашел раздел где создать тему.

Вообщем суть такова.Можете подсказать IPB 1.3 это бесплатная версия.? Лицензию надо или нет ?

поддержки данной версии давно нет

также ещё одно:

для 1.3 желательно иметь php 4, а не php 5 (как в подавляющем большинстве хостеров)

ну и много уязвимостей в безопасности

 

имхо, если нет желания платить за лицензию то имеет смысл посмотреть в сторону phpbb
