Нету прав доступа

Пытаюсь зайти например во Внешний Вид, вот что выдает:

Перехожу по ссылке в Панель Управления:

У меня на uploads/profile стоят права 777. Помогите пожалуйста...

У вас нет достаточно прав в админцентре. Проверьте в какой группе вы находитесь и посмотрите содержимое таблицы ibf_admin_permission_rows

Теперь вот что пишет и потом если нажимаешь обновить снова 1003 ошибка - нету прав.
