IP.calendar вылезла хитрючая обшибочка

и так в наличии есть ipb 3.4.1 и волшебный Calendar v3.3.2

при попытке добавить событие из под админа или юзера с правами модера все проходит на ура... событие добавляется все тикает все работает...

Но НО как только доходит дело до юзверя начинается веселье скрины приложены ниже

буквально до обеда все было нормально ничего не менял просто брык и свалилось

кеш перестраивал не помогло базы в ютф 8

подскажите куда рыть ?
