Не отображаются в шаблоне или отображаются с задержкой!

Сразу попрошу извинить меня за нубские вопросы, с ipb знаком 5 дней и пока не понимаю ничего. После внесения правок в boardIndexTemplate изменения в нем сохранились, а на сайте не отображались. Потом по совету товарища сделал чистку кеша, изменения отобразились. Только отобразились даже те, которые я уже удалил из boardIndexTemplate. Подскажите как их теперь удалить. Что бы было понятно о чем говорю прикрепляю скрин. Единички под заголовком форумов я удалил из boardIndexTemplate,а на сайте они есть.post-60131-0-58477700-1504101941_thumb.png
