Есть возможность, чтоб ссылки вообще было запрещено публиковать?...Сейчас публикуют, а они не кликабельные.

Что значит "запрещено"? Удалять или выводить ошибку?

Лучше, чтоб выводилась ошибка с моим текстом.

В методе validate выше  

		return TRUE;

добавить  

		if ( mb_strpos( $this->value, 'ipsType_noLinkStyling' ) !== FALSE )
		{
			throw new \DomainException('Текст');
		}
