проблема с установкой скинов

Я перешол с IPB 2.3.3 на IPB 2.3.4 и у меня возникла проблема с установкой новых скинов выдает постоянно ошибку или Не найден файл: D:\xampp\htdocs\forum/ipb_skin-pink.xml или

и пришет типо обрабатываемый файл пуст в чем проблема
