Убрать текст из блока Навигации

Под сторокой навигации внесён текст,который со временем утратил актуальность.

Форумом занимаюсь недавно,связи с человеком,поставившим туда этот текст - нет.

Помогите найти место,где можно было бы отредактировать,возможно - удалить этот текст.

Версия Форума 2.3.6 - русский

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.

  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
