Собственно на картинке , хотелось бы пожирнее сделать

Если название темы длинное, а разрешение экрана небольшое, то при ответе в тему навигация не поместится в одной строчке.

Если это не смущает, откройте ipb_styles.css

Найдите

#secondary_nav

И замените там 0.9em на 1.0em

Ясно ! а чтоб просто жирным сделать !?

если жира не хватит, пропишите

font-weight: bold;

Хотя не факт, что жира это добавит.
