Загрузчик файлов (флэш) не загружает!

Привет. Попробовал сегодня мультизагрузку файлов, а кроме таких post-37948-1275041260_thumb.jpg ошибок ничего не загружается. Если же поодиночки файлы закидывать, то всё окей. В чём может быть причина? Подскажите пожалуйста.

Пробовал на ie8 не работает. Этот браузер для меня приоритетный.
