Форум под монитор пользователя

Доброго времени суток! Уважаемые люди знающие и не знающие) Не знаете случаем как сделать, что бы форум показывался под монитор. То бишь если у меня монитор 1920х1080 то форум подстраивался под монитор если у пользователя другой монитор то и форум бы подстроился под него ну к примеру 1024х860. Не подскажите случаем? Примного благодарен!
