Не прикрепляются файлы 3.2

Не прикрепляются вложения. Выбираю файл, нажимаю загрузить, обновляется, и опять выходит сообщение "Файл не выбран". chmod выставлены, php.ini настроен. Никак не пойму в чем дело.
