Не понятные символы вместо русских слов ipb_3_0_5.

Скачал форум поставил и вот такая вот картинка вместо русского языка эроглифы

Что делать надо так как впервые сталкиваюсь по подробней обьясните.

проблема в кодировке (для ipb 3 надо utf-8)
