да,на стандартном я то же не вижу.

В настройках безопасности есть такая функция - спрятать ссылку в админцентр. Где она точно не помню, капайте админку.

Разобрался,вот путь Настройки и инструменты > Системные настройки > Система > Настройки безопасности
