IPB 3.2 Classifieds 1.2.1 - настройка

Кто сталкивался с настройкой Classifieds 1.2.1 поделитесь опытом:

 

1)С приложением идут 4 хука: Latest Classified Ads, Classifieds Mobile Menu Link, Classifieds User Menu Link, Classifieds Random Ad - как настроить их вывод в нужном месте?

 

2) Настраиваю пакеты в закладке Manage Packages, у меня на странице всего две закладки <Основа> и <настройка> , а должна быть еще и третья <Listing fees> , но ее нет (
